Now that I have gone back to work, Matt has taken back the reins of cooking on weekends and worknites to give me a break. The kids are sooo excited that the boring caserole has been replaced with fun fiesta nites with dad. He was experimenting with making his own tortillas and taco shells. He spares none (ie the hats) and gets the kids involved. I think this was the first time my kids acutally ate a taco!

Niiiice! I am loving the sombreros! I had a manny over the summer and it was lovely. Ahhh, I miss those days...
